4 Days Of Off Skate Roller Skating Readiness Training For Beginners

This class is designed for skaters who are looking to re-learn fundamental skating techniques and prefer to practice movements off skates before transitioning to the rink.

Prepare for Skating Success

Before lacing up your skates, it's crucial to master some essential movements off the skates. These foundational exercises will enhance your skating journey:

  • Squats: Build leg strength and balance.
  • Balancing on One Leg: Hold for 30 seconds on each leg to ensure stability.
  • Sitting and Rising from the Floor: Develop core strength and flexibility.

If these movements are challenging, we recommend starting with our off-skate training program. Please ensure you read and sign the waiver before beginning.

Day 2: Footwork and Basic Skills
