Learn to Skate Online in Just 5 Days!

Welcome to our comprehensive online program, "Learn to Skate in 5 Days!" Whether you're stepping onto skates for the first time or returning after a break, our course is designed to help you master the fundamentals of roller skating quickly and effectively.

Prepare for Skating Success

Before lacing up your skates, it's crucial to master some essential movements off the skates. These foundational exercises will enhance your skating journey:

  • Squats: Build leg strength and balance.
  • Balancing on One Leg: Hold for 30 seconds on each leg to ensure stability.
  • Sitting and Rising from the Floor: Develop core strength and flexibility.

If these movements are challenging, we recommend starting with our off-skate training program. Please ensure you read and sign the waiver before beginning.

What You'll Learn Over 5 Days

Day 1: Mastering Falls & Getting Up

Learn how to fall safely and get back on your feet with confidence.

Day 2: Footwork and Basic Skills

  • Warm-up with essential footwork
  • Explore edges and improve balance
  • Practice safe stopping techniques
  • Begin one-foot skating

Day 3: Crossovers

Enhance your skating technique with crossovers for smooth transitions.

Day 4: Transitions & Endurance

Day 5: Toe Stop Runs & Deliberate Practice
